Today, we read “I, Too” by Langston Hughes and continued our unit of understanding cultural identity. It taught me that you shouldn’t let people tell you who you are and what your status is in the world. I liked how everyone was involved and connected in some way. I feel okay today, but I have to stay after school until 5:30. I would rather be sleeping.
